Sealand is a high octane performance studded with black comedy. Is utopia a place or a state of mind? England is sinking; can society be pulled from the rising waters? Ted has a dream, but no man is an island. Ted has decided to start a new country with his family on an abandoned sea fort off the coast on of Britain. The play, based on true events asks is utopia a place or a state or mind. A relevant question in today's 'Big society'. Running time: 70mins
