Owen O'Neill - Poetry and Performance Workshops archiveLaid back Irishman Owen O'Neill has been performing stand-up comedy since the early 80s - he is a true veteran of the modern day 'alternative' circuit. He made his television debut on Channel 4's groundbreaking Saturday Night Live in 1985. Owen's stand-up is a unique brand of confessional, thought-provoking anecdotes. Owen's workshop's are very informal, laid back and good fun. They will mainly cover poetry performance, but will also look at some of your favourite poets who have inspired you and why.
