'Slasher Kincades' are people shipped in to organise corporate cuts, in councils, in companies, in corporations. It's these individuals the play examines through a fictional account. What is their motivation, their drive? Do they have genuine desires to improve performance or are they simply ruthlessly advancing their own careers at the expense and hurt of others? And are they lining up their next organisation right at this very moment? Are they moving in on their victims like contracted assassins with a deflecting smile on their face and a savage intent in their heart?
