Beast is an intimate hyper-theatrical, yet low-budget attempt to combine the unseen with the familiar, licking the eyeball of normality while balancing on secluded neurological paths between sexual vertigo, expectation, intention and effect. A full-length solo work performed by Dan Daw, BEAST is a Compass Commission and created in collaboration with choreographer Martin Forsberg, designer Jenny Nordberg and lighting designer Guy Hoare. Compass Commissions is a series of dance commissions created by The Greenwich Dance & Trinity Laban Partnership supported by Arts Council England. Contains full nudity. Suitable for ages 16+ without adult guidance or 14+ with adult guidance.
