A Quiet Night In archiveNat and Sam's quiet night in has been planned for months. As several million drunks roam the streets of the capital, they draw the curtains, unplug the television and prepare to celebrate Millennium Night in their own special way. Then the entry-phone buzzes.. Simon Rae's scintillating comedy pits two couples against their obsessions and desires in a hilarious helter-skelter of misunderstanding and sexual mayhem. A Quiet Night In was first seen in a one-act production at the Bristol Old Vic Basement in October 1999. Comic Theatre.
