In an era when Doctor Who has re-appeared on terrestrial TV, RTG present two classic radio shows, inspired by the master of science fiction, H G Wells. War of the Worlds is based on the famous broadcast by Orson Welles in 1938, which shocked the USA and caused widespread panic. And, from 1951, The Time Machine creates a dark, disturbing vision of the future, of a world virtually destroyed by technology.
