Details

In this award winning translation nothing is ever over, because nothing ever begins. A young woman tells her life story: days of suffocating banality, an ordinary existence that gradually morphs into something fierce and unpredictable, fleeting glimpses of a personality being torn apart. The pleasant young woman loses her bearings and locks herself in a prison of her own making. The boss's cupcakes don't cut it anymore... and she literally implodes.
