In this sensitive and thought-provoking monologue, Immediate Family highlights the isolation experienced by many same sex partners on facing their lack of rights and acknowledgements in society. It tells the story of a couple - not part of the 'immediate family' - who realise the depth of their exclusion from society when faced with making one of the most important decisions of their lives.
