A listless mid west evening sky... two figures say their inevitable farewells... rain pours down... a backwards glance. Elsewhere, two performers conclude an epic road trip across America. A journey which sees them implicated in a series of narratives that unfolded prior to their arrival, recounting their memoirs and stories unsure as to whether they even left home. Obstacles to Coming Home examines nostalgias, personal journeys and a search for a place to call 'home'...
