Many characters take to stage and expose their deepest, intimate troubles and distresses after being diagnosed with the 'mental health' label. From a frantic mind of a young man experiencing panic attacks, to the heart ache of a woman battling with post-natal depression, each individual displays their unique experiences of emotional distress. Refraction Theatre is a seven strong ensemble stemming from a background comprised of multiple performance disciplines. Tunnel Vision is an exploration of their own personal experience of emotional crises and societal stigmas that surround mental health.
