Details
As with Catley's previous plays,
Scuffer is firmly rooted in the streets of Leeds where Danny, Amy and her Dad Jack vow to do whatever it takes to raise the £800 Danny needs to avoid getting his legs broken by sadistic debt-collector Cathy. From karaoke at 'The Three Legs' to ironic art at the Art Gallery,
Scuffer is a funny and poignant journey of self-discovery for seemingly hopeless case Danny. Set agains a spectacular audio-visual backdrop, the innovative set is enhanced by video projection depicting local sites and giving the production the flavour of a graphic novel.
