Patiala Singh wants to be the King of Patiala but on other people's money. Patiala Singh is a stingy man who dreams of money while walking, talking and sleeping. Relationships mean nothing to him he is only interested in his money and living life to the full. Then one fine day someone steals all his money and Patiala Singh's life shatters.
