Poet, children's writer, editor and broadcaster, Kit Wright's books for children have been illustrated by such luminaries as Michael Foreman and Posy Simmonds. They include Hot Dog, Cat Among the Pigeons and One of Your Legs is Both the Same. Hoping It Might Be So: Poems 1974-2000 was a Poetry Book Society Recommendation. His rhymes are a vehicle for a very English voice, apparently gentle, apparently mild - but don't be fooled.
