Let's Face the Musicals and Dance

Work:: Let's Face the Musicals and Dance (S623441696)

Production:: (T01158923711)

Irving Berlin - a man whose timeless words and music make up the backbone of the great American songbook - produced a vast catalogue of ballads, dance numbers, novelty tunes and love songs, in a career which spanned seven decades. Equally at home on Broadway or in Hollywood, he wrote scores for classic musicals, including the phenomenally successful Annie Get Your Gun, and movies such as Top Hat, There’s No Business Like Show Business and White Christmas. In this newly compiled musical celebration - combining original versions with exciting new arrangements - three singers tell stories about love, life and laughter, through songs drawn from this prolific composer’s extraordinary repertoire.
