Set in Liverpool, the play tells the tale of two brothers separated at birth who meet again by chance. Despite growing up in completely different circumstances, the pair strike up a close friendship. However, when their plans are destined to cross again in adulthood it will result in unforeseen tragic circumstances. This play version in both humorous and heart-breaking at the same time, and was first performed in November 1981 before being adapted into a full-blown musical.Other listings | |
