Bold and beautiful, elegant and energetic. Angika regenerate classical dance for a modern age. In a new show that draws on the talents of an exciting team of artists including specially commissioned music by Mercury Music Prize Winner, Talvin Singh, this dynamic young company fly over boundaries to conjure up choreography of dazzling skill and power. Developed from the traditional Bharata Natyam dance repertoire, Pulse of Tala is an astonishing sequence of lunges, leaps, twists and turns. This athletic and playful combination of solo pieces and duets will amaze the eye and send the spirit soaring. The-Triple-Hymn - the most powerful sound and thought-form in Vedic literature, used in spiritual practice for generations.
