This wickedly amusing play focuses on Harriet, a divorcee who solves her financial problems by entertaining two married gentlemen callers. All is well until her friend Anne arrives - hotly pursued by her husband, one of her lovers is confined to bed with a sprained ankle while the other calls in unexpectedly, then to top it all two irate wives come in search of their itinerant husbands! So the scene is set for some splendid farcical situations and comic wizardry.
