Women of Lockerbie archiveThe play is set on December 21st 1995, the 7th anniversary of the day that Pan Am Flight 103 exploded over Lockerbie. When disaster strikes many have to learn to live with grief. Madeline and Bill Livingston, whose 20 year old son was killed in the crash, have come to Scotland for the first time since their son's death. Madeline is still inconsolable at the loss of her son whose body was never found. A tragedy for our time.
