Torn Apart archiveTorn Apart (Dissolution) is about talking to your lover, drinking beer, ultimate rejection, the white picket fence fantasy, sexuality, the rules of being on a Visa, The Berlin Wall, but mostly its about love. The love that we all dream about and hope for, yet rarely do we consider the consequences of having that love taken away from us for reasons we cant control. A solemn love story the play follows fragments in the life of three seemingly unrelated couples. A Polish literature student and a Soldier in 80's West Germany, a young South London cook and an Australian Backpacker in 90's London and a new Lesbian and her younger girlfriend, a London couple in 2014. Torn Apart (Dissolution) deals heavily with fate, that you cant necessarily control.
