Parental plans go awry, reputations are shredded and the generation gap seems insurmountable in William Douglas-Home's delightful romantic comedy. Society couple, Jimmy and Sheila Broadbent, are launching their daughter Jane into society and have their eye on the perfect husband. Jane, however, has other ideas.
