The Perils of Pinocchio archiveThe thrilling story of the little puppet who dreams of being a real boy is brought vividly to life by Suffolk-based theatre company, Common Ground. run by Pat Whymark and Julian Harries. Over the last 4 years, they have built up a loyal following for their blend of joyful theatricality, song, dance and physical comedy. Pinocchio's adventures - his encounters with the fairy with the blue hair, the devious fox and cat, the terrible secret of "Funtown" and the terrifying giant shark form a parable of the often tortuous process of growing up and joining the human race.
