A day in the lobby of the once grand, now decaying, Hotel Baltimore. The hotel is so past its prime that the 'e' from its sign has long since been lost, and it is now scheduled for demolition. America's lonely & dispossessed, its 'flotsam & jetsam', gather to lament their fading hopes and dreams and the country's crumbling infrastructure.
