A group of 'no-hope', unemployed Dubliners sign on for a Positive Mental Attitude Course run by a conman. They must learn how to sell cheap insurance policies by the sack load - £1,000 per week...no experience required! The American owned insurance company, Major Accident, send a supervisor to inspect what they have been paying for.
