The Ballad of Crazy Paola archiveIn the beginning there was John and Yoko, who begat Sid and Nancy, who begat Kurt and Courtney. Somewhere in between there was Serge and Crazy Paolo. They lived life fast, furious and to the full. He was the maverick drummer in a cult band. They nearly made it big, but dissolved in divided passions. She was his hedonistic muse, beautiful and scary, the stuff legends are made of. Where is she now? When Paola invites Raymond into her life, as drum teacher to her son, the past gets messily unravelled. Unknown to her, he's the half-brother of her great passion, the famous Serge. And just as they share a bond of love with him, their memories and pasts are a little too close for comfort. Who's got the best version of the truth?
