Helen and Frazer have it all. Great jobs. Great house. Great life. And they owe it all to ICW: the Intensive Couples' Workshop where they learnt to take control, learnt to realise their full potential, learnt to eliminate conflict from their lives. They've arrived. But learning to say no doesn't actually help them to say no when friends Libby and Nick get a chance to go on the same ICW course. Because Libby and Nick need a favour. A big favour. They need someone to look after Phoebe. And so Phoebe the flea-bitten child subsitute slowly worms her way into their house and then, surprisingly, into their hearts, with her wet nose and her clumsy paws and her silly doggy ways. But Phoebe has her own ideas about conflict and control. And Frazer and Helen's education may be just about to begin..
