Z wants to keep her job. It's all she has to do to maintain her easy going lifestyle of consumerism. Consuming her favourite T.V shows, her favourite snacks and her favourite cocktails. But she's on the verge of getting fired and she needs to act fast. Every day is a new day to redeem herself and she definitely can and she definitely will, just after she downs this last drink. Can she prove that she can hire and inspire new staff? Can she reassure her business driven bosses that she understands the business and the figures? Centred around Z and a multitude of playful, electric and often psychotic characters both real and make believe to Z's imagination, Scribbles is a fast paced, absurd, strange and surreal piece swimming with moments of intimacy and the gift of indulgence. Too much T.V, too much food, too much doubt, too much uncertainty. But how much is too much? How many drinks is too many? And when is it time to give up?
