Power Lunch archiveOver lunch, a restaurant becomes a psychological battle-field of emotional manipulation as a highly ambitious couple fight for power and control of their relationship, in an interlude of confusing sexual attraction. A neurotic, slightly unstable woman and a high-powered, egotistical man meet for the first time in their lunch hour. Both are successful, driven career people with notoriously bad track records in connecting with the opposite sex. When their sexual attraction takes control, the two begin an amusing game of tug-of-war - represented through spontaneous, uncontrollable courtship dancing - that turns gender stereotypes on their heads and the modern 'success dream' into an absurd hallucination.
