Based on a true-story, Playing Life is a compelling drama portraying the difficulties encountered by a woman haunted by the past and her journey to recovery through her love of jazz. Louise arrives for work bedraggled; the rain has soaked her through to the core leaving her spirits drained both emotionally and physically. An excellent singer, she uses music as an outlet for her problems.
