Picnic archiveA lone soldier takes shelter in a trench, clearly frightened and unused to war. While he wonders what time the battle will start and in which direction he should throw the grenades, a surprise visit from his parents and the sudden arrival of an enemy soldier leads him to consider their differences and wonder why and what exactly they are fighting for. Join them all as they settle down for a surreal picnic on a battlefield. Why should war get in the way of fun, and gunfire spoil an otherwise perfect Sunday afternoon?
