An off-West End theatre desperately in need of a hit are putting on PALACE BALLS Set in a Footman's room in Buckingham Palace in 1963; problem is, it's a bit over worthy and a teensy bit boring, until Martin, a sex-mad, Prozac fuelled genius of a writer/director, and on the verge...
