Odysseus archiveThe piece follows the life and fortunes of Odysseus and includes episodes from the entire span of his mythic journey - his birth, his early manhood, his experiences during the Trojan War, his journey home, his homecoming and eventual death. New light is cast on this archetypal tale of the wanderer by the inclusion of new and little known episodes and by the fresh treatment of the more familiar stories. Fusing poetry with a dynamic performance style and the rich musical traditions of classical India this promises to be a wonderful and memorable event.
