Based on true events, Lorilei - A Meditation on Loss, tells the compelling story of a mother who fought to save her six year old child's murderer from execution on the USA. Lorilei Guillory's six year old son Jeremy was murdered by Ricky Langley in February 1992. Ricky was subsequently sentenced to death. After a nightmare of drug abuse and self-harm, Lorilei became determined to understand the crime, and after meeting her child's killer, decided she must fight to save his life.
