Meet Dexter. Everyone knows that he's dangerous. He's a thug. He's criminally insane. No one cares that he's only thirteen years old. Taking its title from comedian Bill Hick's famous catchphrase, the play follows Dexter, scapegoat of choice for a whole community, as he struggles to find a different ride.
