Receiving love and care from his mother and pain and abuse from his father, Johnny searched for sexual identity along a very twisted journey that will question gender, the meaning of masculinity, the desperation of love, the need to belong and the destruction of the self. Go By Night is a tour de force of human emotion. This striking, entertaining and moving story portrays the destructive desperation with which some young people live their lives.
