Dinner with George archiveGeorge thinks his promotion is in the bag when the boss accepts an impromptu invitation to dinner. Just a quick call to Sue at home and preparations will be in full swing. Except that Sue, in an effort to pep up their social lives, has already responded to a small ad in the local paper looking for couples to play tennis. Bad enough that the couple who placed the advertisement don't get the message cancelling their sporting evening, but it soon becomes excruciatingly clear that the ad Sue answered was not talking about tennis when it said 'Mixed Doubles'. Hilarious misunderstandings, frantic cover-ups and ever increasing chaos is the order of the evening as Sue desperately tries to save her husband's job, Lizzie desperately tries to save her parent's marriage and George desperately tries to save his dignity!
