Bunbury Is Dead is an Oscar Wilde-based fringe show, taking epigrams and wit from all of Wilde's major works to form all-new dialogue. Following the escapades of Bunbury, a dissolute young rake who feigns illness in order to avoid his fearsome aunt and the hordes of creditors at his door, this fast-paced satirical postmodern tribute act sets out to prove that "Quotation is a serviceable substitute for wit."
