To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the outbreak of World War I, Boy is a new production for younger audiences inspired by the incredible true story of Jack Cornwall, a normal boy from East London who did extraordinary things and paid the ultimate sacrificeT721488748Working with acclaimed choreographer Tony Adigun (founder of Avant Garde Dance and Creative Director of Sky's Got To Dance), this production fuses music, contemporary dance and street theatre techniques. Boy tries to understand why a young child would choose to fight for their country, the special qualities that make ordinary people do extraordinary things and asks audiences to question what they are willing to fight for.
