Ay Ya Yai Ivan archiveAy Ya Yai Ivan tells the story, through drama and songs, of friends who get together after Hurricane Ivan to give praise and thanks for being alive. They gather in one of the only buildings in the neighbourhood that was not damaged during the hurricane and share their experiences of what happened before, during and after through satire, comedy and irony. The play deals with politics, love, church, anger, stress, laughter, singing and hope.
