RULES AND REGS: Artists' development residencies. Rules and Regs is a national residency programme for artists that lands in London for the first time. Four artists have been invited to BAC, to create new a performance in response to rules devised to challenge their usual creative strategies. All four artists are bound by the same rules but they don't know them in advance. The rules are revealed on the first day of the residency and the artists then have one month to each make a new performance.
