Described as "one of the most interesting theatre makers in the Netherlands", Nick Steur thrilled audiences in Plymouth last year with his amazing, award winning show FREEZE!. He now goes a step further, bringing to The Drum the first in a series of new, unique performance and theatrical installations that will enthral its audience in an unforgettable collective experience. A piece of time captures the precocious tick of time and our own individual connection to it. With 32 metronomes and a pendulum set within a steel pyramid, Nick and his audience take a very special journey together into a poetic, visual and mystical world dictated by the laws of physics that recaptures a reality which today in our complex, high-tech existence we have nearly all but forgotten.
