Details

Set in Prague in the late 15th century. Dalibor has been imprisoned for the revenge killing of the Burgrave whose daughter feels pity for him. Disguising herself as a boy she takes Dalibor his beloved violin but she dies during the attempt to rescue him and he stabs himself.
