Tony Britten's hilarious sequel to Cinderella. Cinderella 2 - Gentlemen prefer Wands features arias and ensembles from Rossini's operas both well known and rare. It is the story of what happens after the 'happy ending'. In a riotous plot which pays tribute to the composer's finest comic creations, Cinderella abandons queenly aspirations and returns to her terminally dysfunctional family. Needless to say in true Christmas style it all ends 'happily ever after'.
