Details

Former BBC newsreader. Richard Whitmore has gone back in time to his newsdesk - but it's not the one he occupied for all those years at the Television Centre. This one has been specially built for his new one-man show. Containing a fascinating blend of acting and storytelling Didn't You Used to be... traces hilarious and dramatic moments in Richard's life as a journalist and broadcaster. Written and performed by the man himself, with a little help from Bill Shakespeare, the show covers gossip, drama and laughter from forty years in the news game.
