At first it seems Bill and Ben have not found treasure at all, just rubbish...or have they? Who finds the most treasure? Was it Bill or was it Ben? In the second half of the show you will be invited to the candy-coloured world of Andy Pandy, Looby Loo and Teddy - a world filled with endless fun and games. It is Andy Pandy's birthday, but he does not know. He wants to play and make a kite, but everyone is busy. All ends well when his friends give Andy Pandy a wonderful surprise party and a very special present.
