At the crossroads of civilisation where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic Ocean and east meets west, Tangiers provides the opulent and sensuous surroundings for a young back-packing Englishman Nick to meet a young American, Nadine. When they become caught in a drug feud outside a cafe, the bag containing the money for the deal ends up in their possession - they are going to have the time of their lives! In a Moroccan hotel Nadine reveals a mysterious tattoo to Nick - the female half of a tattoo representing 'perfect love'...
