Set in Feb 2000 (the Chinese Year of the Dragon) - the hopes, dreams and general hysteria of anticipation about the new millennium have already been forgotten and the spiritual quagmire of our times remains intact. Two brothers and their wives are meeting for a weekend party. Our host (Rachel) is hoping that this new Dragon year will bring all the good fortune she so desperately needs. However, her attempts at giving an authentic Chinese dinner party (complete with animal masks for her guests) are quickly stubbed out by her loud and overbearing guests.
