The Scottish Flute Trio collaborate with the Curve Foundation Dance Co in a programme featuring new choreography by Ross Cooper for a newly commissioned piece by David Fennessy scored for three flutes, percussion and tape. With dancers from traditional and modern backgrounds and music styles ranging from contemporary to classical, The Curve Foundation is a sleek and innovative force in the Scottish dance scene and is now moulding itself as Scotland's most distinct and interesting young repertory dance company. The Sottish Flute Trio have given recitals at prestigious festivals throughout the UK including the Edinburgh International Festival and the Huddersfield Contemporary Music Festival. They have broadcast on BBC Radio 3 and Radio Scotland, and record on the Metier label.
