Pinafore Swing archiveInspired by HMS Pinafore, this production puts the 'swing' into Gilbert and Sullivan. The 1940's style will get the joint jumping and put you in the mood for being all at sea. All aboard P4 for a voyage of love - love across the ages, love that can sometimes be blind, deaf and often downright confused. Meet the American sailor Jack, who is in love with the Wren Jenny, but her father, The Captain, would rather she married Joe Porter the aristocratic Commanding Officer. Nothing new so far but throw into the mix the three Butterfly Sisters, Bee-Bee, Dee-Dee and Hee-Bee, plus Jim a Happy-go-lucky cockney sailor and a case of confused identities and you've got a rather extraordinary company of sailors to set sail with.
