New Years' Eve. Wealthy musician Danny Sierra and his extended family arrive to see in the new year at an isolated holiday cottage in rural England. Yet from the moment they arrive a sequence of inexplicable events begin to occur. When a power-cut leaves them in complete darkness, Danny summons the help of the owner Mrs MacDonald with disastrous consequences.
