Made in England

Work:: Made in England (S260069032)

The confused identity of a British Asian popstar. Billy India is at the zenith of his pop career. Finally a mainstream British Asian pop star for the 90's, he's just what the kids have been waiting for. But Billy India has different ideas. He is a musician - not just an Asian musician - a talented man with a big future ahead of him. Whey should he be pulled back to the ghetto? In order to exorcise the ghost, Billy India moves back to his home town, Hounslow in West London to visit his old friend and mentor Kes - lead singer and songwriter of the 70's punk band Death Row. Has Billy sold out? He takes a deep breath and enters Kes's back street tattoo shop.
